The Congress will be held between October 7 – 10, 2020 in Ilıca Otel, Çeşme, İzmir / TURKEY.
The Congress official language is Turkish. Due to congress scientific program simultaneous translation will be available between the languages of Turkish to English and vice versa.
Registration and Information Desk will be opened during the congress between 08.00 – 20.00.
Official invitation letter will be provided upon request for registered participants. This letter is only for to have acceptance and official leave from their institution or company. The letter does not obtain any financial support.
Registered participants must wear their name badges to enter session halls and commercial areas in the venue.
All registered participants may obtain their certificate on last day of the congress.
Abstract submission will be made online via DigiAbstract Submission Module (www.pncongress2020.org). Since the abstracts will be printed as they are sent, spelling mistakes should be taken into consideration.
Posters should be prepared and printed 70 cm wide and 90 cm tall. Posters should be readable from a distance of at least 1 meter.
During the congress, pharmaceutical and medical companies will exhibit in the congress center. The exhibition area will be open during the congress.
In order to avoid a possible problem during your presentations, you should prepare your presentations running under Microsoft Office and keep backups in a flash drive or HDD. When you deliver your presentation, make sure that it works. Laptop, screen and projector will be available in all halls. If you want to make your presentation from your personal computer, you should inform the technical staff in the hall. You should deliver your presentations to the speaker ready room at least 1 hour before your session time in order to avoid any problems.
